DRIVING APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 22 years of age
• Must have a class "A" CDL
• Must have at mininum 1 year flatbed/stepdeck experience
• Driving record must be current. Must have no more than three (3) moving violations within the past three years.
• No DUI's or wreckless driving violations for past three years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug/alcohol screen
• Must provide valid names and phone numbers of previous employers
• Must be able to physically perform requirements of securement of loads and tarping if required
